Reconstruction of Pale San Vitores Road, (Design-Build), Design Partner to the Construction Contractor
This project entails the design of the reconstruction of portions of Pale San Vitores Road, the main thoroughfare for Guam’s primary visitor industry district. Portions of the road were damaged by waterline failures and required extensive structure repairs. The work included design of relief drainage for the northeast end of Tumon. The existing drainage disposal facilities are undersized due to a lack of land area, and the relief drainage is required to mitigate flooding damage to low-lying properties.
