Our Construction Management work includes the Tumon Bay Infrastructure and Beautification Project Phase I and II of a $50M widening, upgrading and beautification project in Guam’s hotel district in Tumon, Guam.

Agat-Umatac Waterline and Reservoirs-Construction management and inspection of a .5MG and a 1MG steel reservoir as part of the Agat-Umatac upgrade system and construction management for a new $14M water supply, storage, treatment and distribution system for Andersen Air Force Base Guam, and construction management services for the Emerald Oceanview Towers – an exclusive condominium complex in the heart of Tumon.
