Tumon Bay Infrastructure & Beautification Project, Project Administration, Design Management and Construction Management
Construction management services for infrastructure and utilities restoration, including water and wastewater subsystems, construction of 4 miles of highway, 5 lanes wide with landscaping, curb, gutters, sidewalk, and utilities installation or relocation. The project was made especially challenging as it involved coordinating the work of numerous design consultants and regulatory agencies. Included public relations outreach, design reviews and interaction with user agencies, affected parties and regulatory agencies. Project budget was achieved. Contract modifications for changed scope or alternate materials were awarded in both Phases I and II of the reconstruction. Both phases were completed within the allotted time frame, and within budget, including approved modifications.
