Location: Talofofo, Guam

Design and construction management sevices for the renovation and upgrading of a luxury golf resort. The work included redesigning tee boxes, fairways and greens to increase slope rating and lengthen the course. It also included drainage improvements, enhancement of preservation/conservation areas and creating habitat for endangered Marians Moorhen (Pulattat). Access facilities, clubhouse and maintenance facilities were also upgraded and a new 11MG water irrigation impoundment lake was constructed. This project is located in an environmentally sensitive area.
