Project Design Managment of a $200M+ high-rise (15- and 19-story) luxury condominium housing complex. Managing the design effort which included designers in Guam and abroad, using a variety of planning and design software. Conducting design reviews, code compliance reviews, quality checks and reviews of computations, calculations, preliminary and final designs. The work includes architectural, landscaping, infrastructure, including paved roadway access, asphaltic cement and concrete cement pavements, drainage, access, electrical, water, sewage, power, and communications systems.
