Principle-In-Charge for Overall Project Management of a $20+M rehabilitation of Guam’s Tourist District in the heart of historic Tomhum, Guam. The project involved the rehabilitation of four (4) lanes of paved highway with drainage, architecturally focused pedestrian access, traffic control, landscaping and drainage improvements. Oversaw project management team which managed both the design and construction of this six-year project.
