Principal-In-Charge of the Design of a State of the Art Maritime Port Security Operations Center (MPSOC) and complete fiber-optic, security and communications system infrastructure at the Jose Leon Guerrero Port Authority of Guam. The ribbon-cutting for this project which recieved high accolades from the Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, and the U.S. Coast Guard as well as the Port Operations Police was held on June 12, 2014.
