Design for the reconstruction and widening of a major primary highway in Northern Guam.

The project consisted of:

• seven (7) miles of roadway,
• five (5) make intersections and an underpass.

Design scope included:

• traffic ratings,
• all utilities and intersections bridges,
• underpass and approaches,
• super-elevated  sections,
• signage,
• signalization and traffic controls
